Explore Carrick-on-Suir Partners with Dove Hill and OPW: New Visitor Quest Launch

Explore Carrick-on-Suir is delighted to announce a new partnership with Dove Hill and the Office of Public Works (OPW), enhancing visitor experiences and expanding the reach of our interactive Quest Map initiative.

This collaboration will promote exciting new visitor packages connecting three standout heritage and retail attractions: Ormond Castle, Dove Hill, and Curraghmore Estate and the Linguan Valley. These destinations form key Quest Map stops, inviting visitors to journey through the rich cultural landscape of Tipperary, Waterford, and Kilkenny via curated routes that blend history, heritage, and local charm.

Dove Hill has generously provided in-store space and and display showcasing our vibrant Quest Map artwork, giving the initiative high visibility among tour groups and retail visitors. As one of the major stops on the Quest, Dove Hill plays a vital role in linking shopping, storytelling, and destination discovery.

We’re looking forward to joining Dove Hill for their Coffee Drive-Through Launch and Open Day Sale on 21st June, where we’ll officially announce the Ormond Castle Artisan Market — a new experience blending the classic and contemporary bringing together craft, food, and curated vinyl beats. Instead of traditional live bands, the market will feature DJs spinning vinyl records, creating an eclectic and laid-back soundscape that blends vintage soul, funk, and modern grooves with the castle’s historic setting.

Representatives from the OPW will join us on the day as we showcase this vibrant Three Counties Quest – connecting iconic locations Linguan Valley, Ormond Castle, Dove Hill, and beyond.

Together, we are building memorable, cross-county visitor experiences and proudly positioning Carrick-on-Suir as a connected and creative destination.
