Located in the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East, the Tipperary Museum of Hidden History offers an interactive visitor experience showcasing Tipperary’s rich history through engaging stories and characters. The museum’s collection includes over 25,000 artefacts, ranging from archaeological and military material to fashion, textiles, and traditional crafts. Highlights include exhibitions on the War of Independence, rural life in the 19th century, and the Big Houses of the Suir Valley

Dive into tales of castles, conquests, courage, superstition, murder, and death. Discover two worlds: rural life in 19th-century Tipperary and the Big Houses of the Suir Valley.
