MAHON FALLS

Mahon Falls is a spectacular 80-meter waterfall located in the Comeragh Mountains, near the village of Lemybrien, formed by the River Mahon as it cascades over sandstone cliffs. The falls are easily accessible via a short and family-friendly walk from the car park, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The surrounding landscape offers breathtaking views, particularly after heavy rain when the falls are at their most impressive. Nearby attractions include the famous “Magic Road” and the Copper Coast Drive. For further information try HERE. For Trails and Short Walks visit The Irish Road Trip.
